General Info
Mary is from Toontown Corporate Clash, a fan server based around the original Toontown. She's my favorite Cog in the game, and just a very interesting character in general.
She was an apprentice Marine Biologist at Loch and Key for 2 years before she joined C.O.G.S Inc. Mary really cares about the environment, blaming the Toons for harming it with their gags and such. However, she is fully aware of the damage the Cogs cause as well. She sees it as a necessary need for C.O.G.S Inc's goal.
Relationships
Holly Grayelle
Mary is rather close to Holly. Based on info from the C.O.G.S Inc site, they used to argue over differing opinions (regarding the environment perhaps..??). However- at some point it seems like they got along, with Holly attempting to help prevent Toon's environmental impact. Thomas Saggs even refers to Holly as Mary's Bubby... Of course, it's an outside opinion, but it seems like Mary's closest to her based on this.
Misty Monsoon
Misty and Mary are implied to be very close. Once Mary was hired, she immediately mailed a cease and desist to Barnacle Bessie- possibly for dropping a piano onto Misty. In comics it's also shown that he tries to motivate Misty into being more confident.
Spruce Campbell
Mary heavily dislikes Spruce, having frequent arguments with him. Spruce doesn't care about the environment...
